Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the BM5 vehicle volume.
At around 14:05 on July 29, 2019, the Defendant turned the six-lane road in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C from the direction of Mapo-gu to three-lanes in the airspace of public morals.
Since there is a road where a signal apparatus has been installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to reduce the speed prior to the entry into the intersection, to live well at the direction of the vehicle, to drive safely according to the signal or instruction displayed by the traffic safety facility.
