Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on December 7, 2013, the Defendant committed indecent act, such as rhymping one bridge on the part of the victim F (ma, 29 years old), and rhyming one bridge on the part of the victim F (ma, South and 29 years old), and rhyming the chest of the said victim by hand.

Then, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as using a single bridge on the part of the victim G by moving the locked to the side of the victim G (ma, 23 years of age) who was divingd in his wife, and using the chest on the part of the victim G’s sexual flag.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victims in the above Mana, which is a place of public secrecy.

Where a conviction on a sex offense subject to registration becomes final and conclusive in the judgment that constitutes a sex offense subject to registration, etc. under Article 16 (2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes Committed to Order, the accused is a person subject to registration of personal information under Article 42 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and

Article 47(1) and Article 49(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and Article 49(1) of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall be comprehensively considered in light of the Defendant’s age, occupation, risk of recidivism, motive, method and seriousness of the crime in this case, degree of disadvantage and anticipated side effects of the Defendant’s entrance due to an order to disclose or notify personal information, the prevention of sexual crimes subject to registration and the effect of protecting the victims thereof, etc.
