Punishment of the crime

Around May 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a door that was parked in front of the victim’s house located in the Gandong-gun L in the Gandong-gun; and (b) stolen property worth KRW 280,000,000 per the market price of Samsung F&S3’s 1 market price; (c) KRW 30,00,000 per each market price of Samsung F&S3’s filling machine; and (d) KRW 210,00,000 per scoper’s market price; and (e) KRW 40,000,000 per market price per scopphone 40,000,000 per scopon-phone.

From that time to September 14, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property at least eight times, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time, from that time, to that time.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
