The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not reveal the victims as stated in the facts charged.

2. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court, the lower court can be sufficiently recognized that: (a) around August 5, 2014, I, L, M, and N made a false report to the investigative agency on the fact that (i) the transfer contract and the share transfer contract under the name of the Defendant; (b) J, Q, and K share transfer contract; (c) around October 26, 2014, one copy of the transfer and agreement under the name of the Defendant was forged (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant documents”); or (d) even though the Defendant did not use each of the instant documents, the Defendant reported false facts to the investigative agency as if he/she forged each of the instant documents.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

① At an investigative agency, L consistently prepared each of the instant documents in accordance with the agreement between the Defendant, I, and L, and on August 5, 2014, the Defendant directly and around October 26, 2014, and S delegated by the Defendant’s seal imprints and seal imprints of the Defendant, J, Q, and K, respectively.
