1. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) is entitled to KRW 6,90,969 against the plaintiff (Counterclaim plaintiff)'s council of occupants' representatives.

1. The plaintiff's principal lawsuit against the defendant's council of occupants' representatives, the defendant's council of occupants' representatives' representative's counterclaim claim against the plaintiff, and the counterclaim.

A. On April 17, 2015, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives to repair and waterproof B apartment complexes in Ansan-gu, Manyang-si, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives for the repair and waterproof and the construction for re-design (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The main contents are as follows:

(1) Contract deposit: From April 21, 2015 to July 20, 2015, (2) the construction cost is KRW 352,00,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply): 20% (70,40,000) of the total construction cost; and intermediate payment is paid within one week after the contract: 50% (176,000,000) of the total construction cost; 30% of the total construction cost; completion inspection (105,60,000), construction supervisor and the defendant's council of occupants; and

Upon completion of the construction work, the plaintiff shall submit and notify the defendant's council of occupants' representatives in writing of the completion inspection as related documents, and the defendant's council of occupants' representatives shall conduct the completion inspection in the presence of the plaintiff within 14 days after

The plaintiff shall, when any supplementary matter is discovered at the time of completion inspection, supplement it without delay.

B) On July 17, 2015, the Plaintiff completed the process of the instant construction, and submitted documents related to completion inspection to the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives, and the documents reached the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives on July 20, 2015. The Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives approved the completion inspection on November 30, 2015.
