Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:45 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 27) with the breath of “C” at the main point of “C” located in Chuncheon City B, which was under the influence of alcohol and brought about a dispute arising from the breath of D while being in the toilet, and said dispute was committed by the victim E (the age of 27).

On May 17, 2016, around 02:52, the Defendant: (a) at the place of Paragraph (1) of Article 112, the victim was asked questions about the circumstances of the instant case from the head of the police station of the Gangseo-gu Chuncheon Police Station, the victim, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 reports to the effect that: (b) the victim, who was asked questions about the situation of the instant case from the head of the police station of the Gangwon-do Police Station, Gangwon-gu (the 31 years of age), was walking once due to the occurrence of the said victim’s attending the course; and (c) accordingly, the victim was arrested as a flagrant offender of assault and obstruction of performance of official duties and was arrested as a flagrant offender of obstruction of performance of official duties and went into the back of the patrol while moving to the said

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers regarding the suppression and investigation of crimes, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

3. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 2016. 5. 17. 03:08경 춘천시 H에 있는 강원춘천경찰서 F지구대 사무실에서 제1, 2항과 같은 행위로 현행범 체포되자 술에 취해 “씨발놈들이 미쳤나 이게 니 몇 살 쳐먹었어 개새끼야, 좆만한 짭새 새끼야 때려봐 개새끼야!”라고 욕설을 하고, 그곳에 있는 프린터기에 침을 뱉는 등 같은 날 04:38경까지 약 1시간 30분 동안 술에 취한 채로 관공서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 시끄럽게 하였다.
