A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

When the Defendant received a demand for overdue debts in the absence of living expenses, he tried to steals money and valuables by taking advantage of the gap in which people's attention is neglected against tourists or shopping customers who return to the same gate commercial building, etc.
