1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 18,447,047 for each of the Plaintiffs and Defendant D with respect thereto from January 31, 2016.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant D is an insurance company that is engaged in the business of licensed real estate agents under the trade name of the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, and Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant insurance company”) concluded a guarantee insurance contract with the effect that, in mediating as a broker pursuant to the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act, Defendant D caused property damage to a transaction party by intention or negligence to the transaction party (hereinafter “instant license and guarantee insurance contract”).

B. (1) On August 15, 201, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with the lessor on a deposit basis with respect to KRW 502,00,00, and the lease period from August 16, 201 to August 15, 201, with respect to the leased house consisting of approximately 53 studios in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”). Plaintiff A completed the move-in report on August 16, 201 and received a fixed date.

(2) On December 1, 2012, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with the lessor regarding No. 305 of the instant multi-family house with a deposit of KRW 50,00,000, and the lease period from December 9, 2012 to December 8, 2014, and paid all the deposits thereafter, and received a fixed date after completing the move-in report.

(3) On October 16, 2013, Plaintiff C entered into a lease agreement with the lessor regarding subparagraph 802 of the instant multi-family house with a deposit of KRW 50,00,000, and the lease period from October 26, 2013 to October 25, 2014; thereafter, Plaintiff C paid all the deposit money; and completed the move-in report and received the fixed date.

(A) The Plaintiff’s respective lease agreements entered into with the lessor (hereinafter referred to as each of the instant lease agreements).

Defendant D is a broker, and thus, each of the instant lease contracts.
