A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

60,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) in Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on February 25, 201, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ansan Prison on January 23, 2013.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 18:00 on March 22, 2013, the Defendant 50,000 won for psychotropic drugs, E, psychotropic drugs, from the DYF Meeta car, driven by the Defendant in the vicinity of the C Office, and, around 23:00 on the following day, the Defendant dried a one-time injection containing approximately 0.4g of clopon to E in the above C Office.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted E to trade of philophones.

2. Around April 20, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of philopon purchased from G from “F” toilets near the above C Office, in a way of delivering it to coffee.
