A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On or around July 24, 201, the Defendant forged a private document, who had completed a marriage report on or around January 29, 2001, and who had died on or around July 24, 201. As if the wife G, the Defendant alone succeeds to the real estate registered in the name of G, which is jointly inherited property upon the death of the wife G on or around July 24, 2010, the Defendant forged a written agreement on the division of inherited property, and decided to use it to make a registration of transfer in the name of the Defendant with respect to the above inherited property, and to use it to obtain a false certificate of personal seal impression and seal impression from E and F, and received the F, E’s seal imprint and seal impression from them.

Around August 19, 2010, the Defendant, at the office of a certified judicial scrivener I located at H at P, P, P, on August 19, 2010, made a written agreement on division of inherited property to the effect that “A co-inheritors, who are co-inheritors, shall agree that all of the inherited property shall be determined by the sole ownership of the Defendant,” and affixed their respective seals on E and F’s respective seals on E and F’s name.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On August 19, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around the Daegu District Court racing support located in Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) had a registered public official who is unable to know his/her name that he/she was forged submit a forged letter of agreement on division of inherited property as if it were duly formed.

B. On August 19, 2010, the Defendant, at the Busan District Court's Northern Branch of the Busan District Court located in the Northern-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, to a registered public official who is unable to know his/her name that he/she was forged, submitted a forged letter of agreement on division of inherited property as if it were duly formed.
