A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of 2017 shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats, or carry marijuana or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in marijuana or its seed coats, or commit any act of carrying marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in, and shall export or import, manufacture, trade, or assist in the trade of, marijuana.

On February 20, 2017, the Defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking: (a) around 15:30 residence in Suwon-si C and 303; and (b) around 7.73gg of hemp powder in the air conditioners and in the air conditioners of Ansan-si; and (c) around 0.06g of hemp powder and other 7.79g of marijuana, within the area of the said area.

2. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On January 4, 2017, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000,000 in each of the accounts in the name of G with D, E, and F, and purchased approximately 30g of marijuana from G, in collusion with D, E, and F, at the main point of “J” located in Ilyang-si, Young-si, U.S. at the early night around January 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately 30g of marijuana from G, in combination with D, E, and F.

B. On January 24, 2017, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000,000 in each of the accounts in the name of G, together with D, E, and F. On February 24, 2017, at the main point of “J” around early 23:0, around February 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately 30g of marijuana from G, in collusion with D, E, and F, by taking about about 30gs of marijuana, with D, E, and by dividing it into D, E, and F.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant had D deposit 400,000 won into the unsound account in the name of G in advance, and had D receive 200,000 won as the fund for the purchase of marijuana from H and E, and paid 1.80,000 won to D, and decided to purchase marijuana at the later intervals.

On February 19, 2017, the Defendant, at the main point of the “J” around February 19, 2017, she saw approximately 30g of marijuana from G with D and west D, E, and H.
