When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.20% with blood alcohol concentration of 0.20%, and the Defendant driven BS5 cars at approximately 100 meters from the Hancheon-si Nowon-gu street to the same Gu road from the 69th day to the same Gu road.
