When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false place of origin labeling or place a mark likely to cause confusion as such.

Nevertheless, from March 10, 2018 to June 1, 2018, the Defendant purchased the total amount of KRW 9,480,000 from D, a long-term fish supplier, to sell approximately KRW 32,00,00,000, among Korean nationals, the total amount of KRW 9,480,00,00 from South Korea, a long-term fish supplier, entered the place of origin on the sign of origin in the above restaurant as “F - domestic products,” and indicated the origin of the Chinese language as “F - domestic products,” thereby falsely indicating the place of origin of the Chinese language as the Korean head of a mountain, or making them confused with it, and then selling the Korean language 62,00,000, 12,000, 7,000, and 7,000,00.
