A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period;

From July 24, 2013 to July 24, 2013, the Defendant, as a foreigner of Vietnam nationality, obtained a non-professional employment (E-9) permit to stay in the Republic of Korea, but was discharged from the scope of the period of stay in the Republic of Korea as a raw resource for the Chang-si from July 25, 2013 to March 21, 2016.

2. On September 8, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with the “C” et al. in Vietnam on the international driver’s license pocketbook and plastic card, attached the Defendant’s photograph on the International Driving License pocketbook and plastic card, attached the Defendant’s photograph to “First name: D”, “ISUD: DEC/18/2014”, “EXIS: DEC/18/2024” printed as “DEC/18/2024”, and the Defendant exercised the relevant international document as if he/she was aware of the forgery of an international driver’s license under the name of “INTERN ATSOOBOS AESITRAL ASSOOOTRALC”, and then, on November 2015, the Defendant was found to have been aware of the Defendant’s license violations on the front road of GF located in the former F, thereby exercising the relevant international document as if he/she had been forged.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On December 30, 2014, the Defendant driven H MT vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license on the roads of Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si.

B. On November 2015, the Defendant driven a H EM vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the Asian Mart in the Gowon-dong, Gowon-si, Gowon-si to the G front Road located in the same Dong.
