A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

On March 22:00 of the first day of March 2017, the Defendant laid off the victim D (at the time seven years of age) to leave a room by strokeing television at the inside of the same place at the same time and 22:00, putting him on his own side, putting his hand into the victim’s panty, putting him into a sound part, and put him into a finger.
