A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and suspension of qualifications for one year.

However, the above imprisonment for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the end of November 2013, 2013, sent the victim’s cell phone Kakakaoox, which can be confirmed by a computer, to monitor the appearance of the victim E from his own computers located within the office located in Busan, Busan, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim’s cell phone Kakaox, and (b) opened the victim’s cell phone Kakaox, which can be confirmed by means of a computer; and (c) recorded the approved text sent by the victim to the victim’s cell phone with the cell phone in a way that viewed the contents of the victim’s cell phone Kakaox conversation by viewing the contents of the victim’s cell phone Kaox conversation by December 11, 2013.
