Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received two cell phoness from E in the social welfare information of D Hospital in a considerable area of Cheongju-si, and (b) terminated a mobile phone contract with a subsidy less than anticipated; (c) terminated a mobile phone contract; and (d) drafted a false complaint with respect to E using a computer for the purpose of having E subject to criminal punishment.

A written complaint states that "for the purpose of exercising over the period of time on August 29, 2014, September 18, 2014, the defendant's cell phone entry application is forged, the mobile phone in the name of the defendant is opened, and the mobile phone is imposed with a total of 2,231,680 won, and thus punished is changed." The defendant allowed the defendant to open two cell phones at that time, and as the defendant promised with E, the defendant first disposed of one cell phone, which was opened, and used to pay the overdue phone fee of the defendant, etc., to transfer the remaining money to the bank account of the defendant, and the defendant received and used the mobile phone that was opened later from E.

Nevertheless, on November 7, 2014, the Defendant submitted the above complaint to the employees in charge of receipt in the Cheongju District Public Prosecutor's Office, which is located in 51 Do-ro 70, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seog-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and submitted the above complaint to E.
