Punishment of the crime

The defendant is married with the victim B.

1. Violence;

A. On September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (b) stated that “The victim would be able to work even if she is aware of a driving school”; and (c) stated that “I would live as I want to see she would go outside of her house”; (d) followed the defect that I want to get out of her house and the victim she was pushed back into her house with the victim’s body and assaulted the victim by having her hand.

B. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place as the victim around October 14, 2013, tried to put clothes to and out of the victim, and the victim assaulted the victim by sending out buckbucks to the victim’s knisher.

2. Injury;

A. On September 30, 2013, the Defendant, at the place indicated in Paragraph 1 of the A.M., and on September 30, 2013, the victim opposed to the Defendant, saying, “The victim is aware that he/she would want to work at a private teaching institute,” and took the victim’s body bucks and legs by pushing the victim’s body and cutting down the buckbucks and legs by hand, thereby making the victim go beyond the bucks and legs by hand, thereby making the victim go beyond the bucks of the treatment days.
