1. Defendant DB Insurance Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 15,002,608 for the Plaintiff and its related amount from July 23, 2015 to December 12, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status of the parties ① The Plaintiff is an insurer who has entered into an automobile insurance contract with respect to the AScar Track Vehicles (hereinafter “Defendant Company”). ② The Defendant Federation of the Korea Freight Trucking Services (hereinafter “Defendant Federation”) is a mutual aid business entity who entered into a mutual aid agreement with respect to the cargo vehicles (hereinafter “vehicle of the Defendant Federation”) as B, and ③ Defendant D non-life insurance company (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is an insurer who entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to the DPoter Ⅱ Cargo Vehicles owned by C (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).
B. The occurrence of a traffic accident (1) around 06:50 on January 6, 2015, C driven the Defendant Company’s vehicle and driven the Defendant Company’s vehicle along the three-lane road in the direction of literature and ICT in the direction of the SungdongIC in order to drive along the road in the direction of the GodongIC in order to stop, while the vehicle is dissatched, the central separation zone was shocked into the left-hand one, and stopped over the two-lanes.
