1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The first instance court.
Reasons
(b) sent;
(4) Around September 2009, the Plaintiff completed the construction of 1st of a ludular road in the ludular factory, started to operate a ludular road from October 2009, and began to produce 56 glass samples from December 2009.
(5) Meanwhile, on September 3, 2009, SBE Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EBE Investment”) drafted an investment review report (Evidence A 31; hereinafter “instant investment report”) with the Plaintiff, and invested KRW 2 billion in the Plaintiff at that time.
(6) On November 11, 2009, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the ELDP had a meeting consisting of the Plaintiff’s final report on the development of glass tubes at the Plaintiff’s Tymsan factory, coordination of the license line, the current status of the production of the Tymsan factory, and witnessing the production facilities. The meeting minutes (Evidence A 11-1-1-), prepared by the Plaintiff, contain the following, and the Plaintiff’s employees D sent the above meeting minutes to the Defendant and ELD display on November 12, 2009.
By November 16, 2009, Plaintiff 2 was stored in two kinds of Defendant for sampling, and the design inspection commences on November 30, 2009 - the starting date of the design inspection (2,850hrs) at the end of December 2009 - the starting date of the reliability inspection (2,850hrs at the end of December 2009) - V5 project - the sampling sampling sampling of Madddow in the Defendant on the order of December 12, 209 - the sampling supply of 5 glass tubes to the Defendant on December 11, 209 - the Plaintiff submitted to the Defendant on December 11, 2009
G. From November 2009 to May 201, 2010, the Plaintiff’s completion of the instant development (1) and the Defendant, on December 2, 2009 to November 27, 2009, had a meeting consisting of the Defendant and ELDplas’s result of the meeting on November 27, 2009. The minutes (Evidence A 12) of the said meeting prepared by the Plaintiff are as follows.
