Plaintiff

On August 21, 2007, the company is a corporation established by investment of petty merchants who operated a simple store in Han River Park.

Article 4 (Opening of Business) (1) Business Name: Business name: Business for the installation and operation of the Han River Stand (hereinafter referred to as the “instant business”): 2) Facilities nature. (3) Convenience facilities: The zone subject to the business of Han River.

1. Flood control shall be possible according to the volume of water discharged from the arms and dams in time of natural disasters, such as floods;
