Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on November 18, 2017 by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in an Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on November 10, 2017 and the suspended sentence becomes final and conclusive on November 18, 2017.

B On October 13, 2017, in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, the sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. was issued in August 21, 2017, and the sentence became final and conclusive on October 21, 2017.
“2018 Highest 6076”: (a) although the Defendants were not authorized to handle narcotics, the Defendants treated psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows.
1. Defendant A
A. On Oct. 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased 70,000 won as a penphone purchase price from E in the residence of E located near the D market at the Seocho-si, Gyeonggi-do, and purchased 2g of clophonephones contained in the plastic bag from E.
Until August 23, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 27 ghon from E, etc. over 12 times, as shown in the attached list 1 of crime committed.
B. On April 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a 200,000 won of the purchase price in the name “G” vehicle operated by the Defendant, which was parked in front of the F in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; and (b) opened a opon of approximately 0.2g of the opon that was contained in the plastic bag to the said “G”, and sold approximately 0.2g of the opon to the said “G” in the form of a opon of approximately 200,000 won.
Until August 27, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately 3.4g of philophones to the above “G”, etc. over 10 times, as indicated in the attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2, the Defendant sold approximately 2,700,000.
C. On September 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 0.2g of philophones on the day of gambling at I’s residence located in H at Sin-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) opened the philophones with a Rater.
