Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1587" is a person who has been engaged in the sales of used vehicles in the middle and high-ranking sales business while working as a middle and high-ranking motor vehicle with a driver in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and recommending customers who want to purchase used vehicles and introducing installment companies.

On October 3, 2017, the Defendant, within the Incheon Seo-gu Seoul building and the office of the victim E, the first floor, and at the customer’s request, who wants to purchase the vehicle with a heavy discount, embezzled the above money by arbitrarily consuming it to the victim, without returning it to the victim, while he/she received transfer of KRW 22.5 million from the victim to the original borrower on behalf of the victim and was on business custody for the victim, even though the contract had been broken down due to the buyer’s change.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1853" is a person who is working as a middle and high-speed with B located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and has recommended a customer who wants to purchase and sell a vehicle and has been working as a broker for trading.

Around 22:30 on July 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard the victim F’s statement that “I will receive refund from the victim if I transfer the part-time vehicle in the operation of the victim,” and (b) received a request from the victim for refund of G JT M37’s motor vehicle from G.

On July 16, 2018, according to the above request, the Defendant: (a) resisted with H who sold an Indian M37 motor vehicle to the victim and sold the difference in which H sold at a price lower than the market price; (b) received KRW 14 million from H as an enterprise bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (c) kept the victim for the personal purpose, such as gambling funds, from July 16, 2018 to July 17, 2018.
