Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D A. A person who raises black salt in the “E farm”. A person who prepares and sells a salt farm raised D in the “G cafeteria” which is an unauthorized restaurant, and the Defendants are those who slaughtered the above black salt. The slaughter and treatment of livestock, milk collection, processing, packing, and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at the permitted place of work.
1. From January 201 to November 201, 2010, Defendant B, in collusion with F and D, slaughtered 3 to 4 stude black chins using facilities, such as one electric saw, one string, one knife, one knife, one knife, and one knife with weight, which are necessary for slaughter of livestock at an unauthorized slaughterhouse (area 12 square meters) located in the H stude site at the time of strike.
2. From January 201 to April 11, 2013, Defendant A, in collusion with F and D, slaughtered approximately 20 mac in black salts using the equipment, such as one satisfic meter, Doma, knife, knife, electric saw, etc., necessary for slaughter at an unauthorized slaughterhouse (area 15 square meters) located in Pakistan during the period from January 201 to April 11, 2013.
