Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Slaughter and treatment of livestock slaughtered and treated without permission, collection of milk, and processing, packaging and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at a place of work permitted by the Mayor/Do governor;

Nevertheless, from February 1998 to May 9, 2014, the Defendant was equipped with the equipment to slaughter approximately 200 c farm within the “C farm” which is a place of work not permitted by the competent authority in Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu. The Defendant slaughtered the 30 marith of the monthly average by using the knife with the knife after subtracting the knife from the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Accordingly, the Defendant slaughtered and treated approximately KRW 5,000 horses in a slaughterhouse for which permission was not granted.

2. Any person who intends to operate a livestock products sales business without any report shall be equipped with facilities meeting the standards and report thereon to the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, sold the chickens slaughtered and treated as above, to the restaurant operators including F, which operates the “Ecafeteria” located in Seoyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, and I who operates the “H restaurant” in the same City/U.S. G from the same City/U.S., the Defendant sold it in KRW 23,00 or KRW 30,000 per 1mari to individuals.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not report the livestock products sales business.
