1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant did not reside together with the victim C in the legal marital relationship with the victim or from February 2015, around 19:00 on October 19, 2016, on the ground that the victim was living together in the living room of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for the reason that the victim was staying home and delayed in the living room of 6th 301, the Defendant argued that the victim was in a trial, and that he would throw away the kitchen (30cm in length) in the kitchen house of the kitchen, and then the Defendant threatened the victim, such as the victim’s knife, etc.
