Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:45, committed assault against the victim by taking the kitchen knife (20cm: 20cm, 13cm: 13cm), which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, in the location of the kitchen, and by taking the kitchen knife (knife: 20cm, knife : 13cm) on the part of the victim, while drinking together with the victim C, on the ground that the victim was flife with the victim C (34 knife).
