Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On December 15, 2013, around 00:00, the Defendants issued an order for alcohol and food as if they did not have the intent or ability to pay the price but would normally pay the cost, and the Defendants were provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 37,00,00, such as small 1 disease, 4 disease, two knick, and so on.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire the property from the victim.
B. As the Defendants were required to pay the alcohol value at the time and place indicated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendants were able to avoid disturbance by stating that “if there is any credit without any money, they cannot be said to have any money?” The Defendants were able to take a bath to the victims, and Defendant A had the customers who were able to enter the restaurant on the table table with the customers who were able to sleep.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the cafeteria operation of the victim.

2.
