1. The Defendant: (a) from November 24, 2012 to Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, C, and D respectively, KRW 23,840,349.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a project implementer of the Gangnam-gu public notice of July 15, 2002 and the Gangnam-gu Seoul J land, etc. based on the Gangnam-gu public notice of December 30, 2002 as Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J land, etc. as the project site (hereinafter “instant road project”).
B. For the execution of the road project of this case, the Defendant paid compensation as indicated below pursuant to the former Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation therefor (amended by Act No. 6919 of May 29, 2003), and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future after acquiring ownership.
(1) On November 23, 200, Plaintiff C (111,6384 Plaintiff C (1/4 shares), D (18,111,6385 Plaintiff C (1/4 shares), 48,836,00 on November 23, 2002, Plaintiff B (1/4 shares) Nonparty B (1/4 shares) on August 13, 2003, 18,111,638 net N's shares (land expropriation) and Nonparty C (18,446,50 shares) on August 16, 205, Plaintiff C (18,44 shares), 11,6384 Plaintiff D (1/4 shares), 18,111,6385 Plaintiff E. (1/16 shares), 4,527, 909, 196, 197, 196, 2947, 196, 197).
C. The Gangnam-gu Seoul L land was combined with a P road of 252 square meters on November 5, 2003.
On the other hand, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, on June 3, 2009, pursuant to the "former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, Etc. (amended by Act No. 10272, Apr. 15, 2010; hereinafter the same)", designated and publicly announced a housing zone of approximately 940,00 square meters of land in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Sdong, and Tdong as a housing zone for U housing business (hereinafter "the instant housing project"). On September 28, 2009, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs officially announced the designation and alteration of the housing zone and district plan for the instant housing project as V with the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced on September 28, 2009.
