1. Performance of official duties;

A. At around 00:55 on May 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported that the Defendant did not pay the taxi fare from the Defendant, and (b) she expressed a bath to E and cab officers, a police officer belonging to the D Zone D Zone of the Yangju Police Station, who was called out after receiving a 112 report that the Defendant would not pay the taxi fare from the Defendant; (c) she tried to undergo a disposition of notification as an act of disturbing the drinking alcohol, and (d) she tried to open the back seat of the patrol vehicle, and she was strongly pushed the chest of E, who was standing.

나. 피고인은 같은 날 02:35경 양주시 B아파트 F호에 있는 피고인의 집에서, 가항 기재와 같이 통고처분을 받은 것에 화가 나 수회에 걸쳐 ‘경찰관이 폭행하여 팔목에 상처가 났다. 경찰이 때렸다. 경찰관이 도망을 갔다. 경찰관들이 다 한패거리다. 나를 죽이려고 한다’는 내용의 112 신고를 하고, 위 신고를 받고 출동한 양주경찰서 D지구대 소속 경찰관인 G으로부터 인적사항 등에 대한 질문을 받자 G 등 경찰관들에게 큰소리로 "경찰관들이 폭행한 것은 어떻게 할 건데 내가 허위 신고를 한 증거 있냐“라고 물으며 G의 가슴 부위를 피고인의 양쪽 팔로 2~3회 밀치고, ”이 씹할 새끼들이 어디서 장난질하나. 이 개새끼들이"라는 등의 욕설을 하면서 출입문을 앞에 서 있던 G의 발목을 피고인의 오른손으로 2회 치면서 폭행하고, 이에 G이 공무집행방해 혐의로 현행범인 체포하여 수갑을 채우자 오른발로 G의 오른쪽 무릎과 종아리 부분을 각 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on handling 112 reported cases.

2. On May 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) the Defendant’s house located in B apartment No. 2, B, and (b) the police officer for the same reason as the description in paragraph (a) of paragraph 1.
