A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion of buildings, larceny, etc. in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch on November 6, 2014, and on April 17, 2015, the prison detention house completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Around 02:00 on May 14, 2015, the Defendant opened a “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Young-si, through through through Dong-si, through which the victim D did not correct the place and intruded into the restaurant, thereby drinking booming boom and half the market price at which the place was located, and thefted.

2. At around 02:30 on May 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a “H” restaurant operated by the victim G located in Tong Young-si, G, and intruded into the restaurant and stolen money and valuables owned by the victim and valuables owned by the victim. However, the Defendant did not discover any money and valuables, and did not commit an attempted crime.

3. Around 02:00 on May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected at the place; and (b) intruded into the restaurant, and (c) took possession of KRW 16,000 in cash owned by the victim D and stolen it.

4. 피고인은 2015. 5. 17. 01:30경 통영시 I상가 ▷동 ▷▷▷호에 있는 피해자 J이 운영하는 ‘K’ 음식점에 이르러, 그곳의 시정되지 않은 창문을 열고 음식점 안까지 침입하여 그곳에 있던 피해자 소유의 금품을 훔치려 하였으나, 금품을 발견하지 못하여 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.

5. At around 02:00 on May 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected in the place; and (b) intruded into the restaurant, the Defendant used approximately KRW 200,000 in cash owned by the victim D; (c) 1 punishment for women’s pantyty in an amount equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market price; and (d) stolen 7 pantyty and brode in an amount equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market price.

6. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant came to a “Ncafeteria” restaurant operated by the victim M in Young-si around 21:00.
