1. The Defendant is the representative director of the Bank of Korea, which is a law firm manufacturing and installing company, who has overall control over all the affairs of the Bank of Korea.

The defendant will provide the person in charge of ordering construction works of the government office, etc. with the money corresponding to the ratio of the construction cost in the face of the week so that he can supply the pumps, etc. produced in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. by a contract.

The author tried to deliver pumps, etc. into several contracts and to offer money and valuables corresponding to the above ratio.

A. On June 31, 2012 to July 7, 2012, the Defendant issued an order of D military ordering “E Corporation” to the D military office, through G, the business director of the D military office in charge of managing the D military disaster and the machinery department affiliated with the river management team, through G, which is the business director of the D military office in charge of managing the D military disaster and the construction of “E” pumps scheduled to place an order in the D military to the LA, and the LAC accepted the said construction contract with the amount of KRW 2.125 million for the construction cost around December 31, 2012.

On January 31, 2013, the Defendant issued KRW 25 million in cash to H in the street near the Ansan-gu I building B, in order to change the cost of the construction project as above and the convenience in the process of inspection, supply, and installation scheduled in the future.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to the public official's duties.

B. On November 2012, the Defendant served as a person in charge of the prevention of construction in the J-Gun and the disaster-prevention staff under its jurisdiction through M, a managing director of the J-Gun Office, in the J-Gun Office, which is located in the J-Gun Office L, Seoul, around November 2012.

N Around February 13, 2013, K Co., Ltd. made a solicitation to order the K K Co., Ltd. to place an order for the construction of pumps among the "K Co., Ltd." scheduled to place an order, and the K Co., Ltd. has ordered the construction of the above pumps to the K Co., Ltd. by a contract with the construction cost of KRW 1.62 billion.

In addition, the defendant around May 28, 2013 against N in P, which is located on the first floor above the old OO during the Ansan-si around the world, with respect to the above contracts for construction.
