A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 06:00 on September 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) installed white signboards without any sign on the wall surface of the Ethyptian fishery operator seeking to install a signboard; and (b) above, the Defendant installed a white signboard without any sign on the wall surface of the commercial building, where the victim F, who is the tethian fishery, and may use the joint part of the building, including the building and outer wall, for sectional ownership; (c) the consent of a majority of the sectional owners and voting rights can be obtained; (d) precedent of the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings, Article 2(4), 12, 16, and 38 of the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings. From 09:0 to 170 on the same day, the Defendant continued to install a sign on the wall of the victim; and (d) installed the building and the outer wall of the commercial building at the entrance of the victim and the outer wall of the commercial building at the same time.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with H, I, J, K, L, and M, interfered with the victim F's interior works and the victim D's secondary placement operations by force.
