Basic Facts

The defendant is a medical corporation that operates Cnepathic hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant hospital").

From April 21, 2001 to September 30, 2015, the Plaintiff served as a guardian at the Defendant Hospital.

On April 16, 2015, the defendant issued the plaintiff as a dispatch from the Protection Department, and issued the same year.

7. 22. Reconciliation was established between the Plaintiff and the Defendant to the effect that one month of suspension from office was changed.

(1) Article 2 (Period of Employment Contract): From May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015, Article 3 (1) (1) of the Act provides that the contractual work hours of Plaintiff B shall be eight hours a day to eight hours a week, and forty hours a week to forty hours a week.

(3) In light of the following circumstances, the Plaintiff’s service at the Defendant hospital as a guardian, and the Plaintiff’s average of four hours per day while working at the Defendant hospital as a guardian. In full view of the following circumstances: (a) the Plaintiff’s service at the Defendant hospital as a guardian; (b) the Plaintiff’s service as a guardian; (c) the Plaintiff’s service as a guardian; and (d) the Plaintiff’s service as a guardian; and (d) the Plaintiff’s service as a guardian.
