1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and eight months;

2. The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Criminal facts

1. A quasi-Rape Defendant: around 05:30 on May 24, 2014, 2014, at the second basement of “D History” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim E (ma, 31 years of age) exceeded the creb in his/her creb and inserted his/her fingers into the victim’s port.

Accordingly, the defendant used the victim's failure to resist, thereby putting the victim's bodily fingers into a part of the body inside the resistance and committing similar rape.

2. Quasi-decent acts;

A. At around 04:00 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a male victim, whose name cannot be identified in the “D Co., Ltd.” in the above “D Co., Ltd.”, by deceiving the victim’s body by his/her hand and influence towards another victim, and by committing an indecent act against the victim.

B. Around 05:01 on May 10, 201, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a male victim who cannot know his/her name in the above “Drata” by committing an indecent act against a victim by communicating his/her crebs in the victim’s body by hand and inserting his/her crebs onto the victim’s body.

C. Around 02:30 on May 18, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a male victim, whose name cannot be identified in the “Drata”, by inserting the cresh into the body of another victim’s body, and making the victim’s sexual organ fit, and by making the cresh up his/her bridge known to him/her, he/she committed an indecent act against the victim in a way that he/she would not attract the victim to his/her part.

Around 05:00 on May 18, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a male victim who cannot know his/her name in the “D Coina”, by inserting his/her cresh into the body of another victim, thereby spreading the victim’s sexual organ into the body of his/her cresh and driving down his/her bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victims by using the state of impossibility to resist four times.

3. On May 2013, the Defendant acquired a high-class type passenger transportation card that lost the victim F in the subway station where the name of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown, and the victim also acquired.
