A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of the victims E (here, 10 years of age) who had resided in the same Dongdong as D and relatives in Changwon-si, Changwon-si C in the same Dong Dongdongdongdongdongdongdongdongdongdong-gu.

1. At around 06:00 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under 13 years of age, such as: (a) the victim’s home located in Yongsan-si F, Changwon-si; (b) the victim’s home attendance at the victim’s home, and the victim’s home in a cresh that is not inside the house; and (c) the victim’s bucks and bucks and mucks with his hand, etc.; and (d) the victim’s bucks and mucks were collected.
