1. The Defendant: (a) applied for a loan on a deposit basis to a new cooperative, credit cooperative, etc. with which the examination of loan documents is relatively difficult; and (b) accordingly, C takes charge of purchasing a house leased in the form of a deposit on a deposit basis; (c) making a false lease contract through Dong-D; (d) in contact with HI and taking charge of loan-related affairs; and (e) the Defendant and J recruit a lender in the name of the lessor or lessee of the purchased real estate; and (e) each nominal lender purchased the house as above, despite the existence of the lessee who entered into the existing lease contract and resided in the existing house, entered the lease contract into with the lessor and lessee of the house as a lessor of the house, and made a false written lease contract and obtained a loan on the basis thereof in order to obtain a loan from H to the president of the association in order by preparing the internal documents as if the loan application was made normally; and (e) having been made by H and K, an employee of H, and received the loan in order by granting the loan to the president of the association.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant proposed L to commit the crime that “I may reduce 4 million won at the time of borrowing the name of a third party loan. The above loan will be repaid within one year and there will be no damage to us to pay interest during that period.” L shall accept it, and L shall, around May 12, 2015, visit the victim H located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M to prepare related documents related to loans of KRW 140 million, prepared in advance by D, “No. 402 of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul N Building,” “this billion won,” “O,” “O,” and “L” in the guarantee gold column, and completed it in normal.
