A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion on a structure and theft;

A. On August 2015, the Defendant intruded into the D elementary school empty classrooms located in Gangnam-si, Gangwon-si, and caused a theft of KRW 30,000 in cash on the part of the victim E, which was on his/her book, from which he/she was on the part of the victim E;

B. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the third-year group of G elementary school G elementary school located in Gangseo-si F on September 23, 2015; (b) stolen four copies of cultural gift certificates worth 35,000 won within the family room owned by the victim H; (c)

C. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant intruded into an empty class of the J Elementary School located in Gangnam-si I, and stolen KRW 20,000 in cash from the wallet owned by the Victim K, KRW 30,00 in cash from the wallet owned by the Victim L, and KRW 7,00 in cash from the wallet owned by the Victim M;

D. On November 9, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the fifth-year class class class class class of the O elementary school located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, and stolen the Defendant’s white, which was owned by the Victim P in the wall door of the classroom, 2 copies of the No. 3, 3, 1, 12,00 won in cash, and the resident registration certificate, which were inside the class.

E. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant intrudes upon D elementary schools located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, 09:30, more than the rear green wire chain, and more than the sixth-year multi-level class, and took up one new bank card card from the bank owned by the victim Q Q, which was behind the book.

F. On December 9, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the empty class of the S elementary school located in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-si, and stolen KRW 40,00 in cash from the wallet owned by the victim T, and KRW 50,00 in cash from the wallet owned by the victim U;

G. On December 14, 2015, the Defendant intruded into an empty class of 12:30 on December 14, 2015, 12:2nd class 2nd class of the J elementary school, which is located in Gangnam-si I, and stolen a 1st class of the victim V, and invaded into the third fifth class and the first half class class of the fifth class of the fifth class, resulting in a theft by bringing one of the delelbus from the victim W. 2.
