A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving K7 vehicles.

1. On June 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act in an Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was driving the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at a temporary border as above in paragraph (1) and was driving the front road in the vicinity of the Seocho-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si, Ansan-si, in the direction of the 4-lane km road from the superregional and underground streets.
