1. The plaintiffs' appeal against the defendant (excluding the part determined separately by the remanded judgment) and the trial before it is remanded.

1. Progression of litigation and scope of adjudication;

A. The lawsuit of this case 1) The plaintiffs and the joint plaintiffs in the first instance trial listed in the attached list 1 to 5288 of the plaintiffs (hereinafter "joint plaintiffs in the first instance trial").

(1) The Korea Water Resources Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Water Resources Corporation”) with Defendant and the first instance co-Defendant Korea Water Resources Corporation.

(2) From May 8, 2011 to May 13, 2011, the first instance court accepted part of the claims against the Plaintiffs and the co-Plaintiffs of the first instance court against the Korea Water Resources Corporation, and dismissed all of the remaining claims against the Defendant. 2) The first instance court dismissed the appeal against the Plaintiffs and the co-Plaintiffs of the first instance court and the Korea Water Resources Corporation. The judgment prior to the remand partially accepted the appeal against the Defendant (the fraction from May 12, 2011 to May 13, 2011) and dismissed the part of the first instance judgment against the Plaintiffs from the date following the date of the first instance judgment against the Plaintiffs, and from the date of the first instance judgment to the date of the first instance judgment against the Plaintiffs, the Defendant revoked the part of the claim against the Defendant from the date following the date of the Plaintiff’s list to the date of the first instance judgment against the Plaintiffs, and from the date of the first instance judgment against the Plaintiffs’ respective above KRW 40,000 to 15th day of November 15, 2015.

3. As a result of appeal by the plaintiffs, joint plaintiffs in the first instance trial, and the defendant, the Supreme Court reversed and remanded the part against the defendant in the judgment prior to remand, and dismissed all appeals against the part against the plaintiffs and joint plaintiffs in the first instance trial.

B. The part against the plaintiffs of the judgment of the court of first instance and the co-Plaintiffs of the court of first instance prior to the remand in accordance with the scope of the trial after remanding is by the judgment of remand.
