Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a chemical source in the vicinity of the F in terms of harmony, and Defendant B is the owner of G land in terms of harmony.

1. A around May 16, 2005, the Defendant leased 3,361 square meters from H in Sungsung-si, F 3,361 square meters, and leased J 437 square meters from H around May 16, 2005.

A person who intends to build a small-scale building with a total floor area of not more than 100§³ shall file a report with the competent authority.

Nevertheless, in December 2010, the Defendant newly constructed a house of approximately 63 square meters in a plastic house using the styp and wooden joint plate within a plastic house without reporting to the competent authority on the above F field 3,361 square meters.

Nevertheless, the Defendant diverted farmland to a 165m2 from May 2005 to October 10, 2012 by using miscellaneous stone as a parking lot without obtaining a farmland diversion permit, out of 437m2 in JJ, which was leased from I, from May 2005 to October 10, 201.

2. Defendant B

(a) He shall not lease or rent out his own farmland;

Nevertheless, around August 9, 2011, the Defendant leased the above land to K (K in the name of the lessee) by setting the rental period of 10 million won from January 31, 201 to December 31, 201, the deposit amount of 10 million won, and the monthly rent of 1 million won.

(b) A person wishing to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant diverted farmland to use miscellaneous land as a parking lot without obtaining permission for diversion of farmland from 150 square meters out of 261 square meters of P paddy field leased from M from September 2007 to October 10, 201, and 1,200 square meters of P paddy field leased fromO, and 1,931 square meters of 1,200 square meters of P paddy field leased fromO.
