Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2019, from around 03:20 to around 03:33 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the D cafeteria managed by the victim C in Daegu Suwon-gu B, the Defendant took a bath to his employees with the larger sound called “this Chewing gue”; (b) was placed on the floor of the restaurant; (c) was placed on the part of the station; (d) was placed on the site of the station; and (d) the police officer dispatched upon receipt of a report recommended his/her return home, the Defendant drawing the chair of the chairs in the restaurant, and prevented his/her employees from entering the restaurant, and entering the restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant, upon receiving a report at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, proposed that F of the Daegu Suwon Police Station E District Unit, who was called up, shall return home, and deemed the chair in the restaurant as his hand and expressed his bath as “the Chewing gue”, and assaulted F’s face on the face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of police officers' lives, bodies and property, prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

3.
