The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Of the facts charged of mistake of facts, the part of the charges that assaulted the victim D, injured the victims, was exempted from the victim's body by mobile phone camera, and was found to have been taken from D and E, but the remainder of the facts charged, i.e., the photograph taken out from the victim's lower body, was shown to G.

There is no fact of threatening the victim D to send such photographs as above to another person by posting them by telephone.

B. The lower court’s sentence of unreasonable sentencing (one hundred months of imprisonment, confiscation) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the court below based on the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court below regarding the assertion of mistake of facts, the defendant may sufficiently recognize the fact that the defendant, as stated in the facts charged in the instant case, displayed a photograph taken out of the victim D, thereby impairing the honor of the victim, and made a threat to sending the victim a photograph taken by telephone to another person.

1 G does not know fakes well, but have a direct contact with the new wall at least 2:00 p.m. at the police, but the defendant had a contact with his her her her f.m. in front of the F.m. law, and her f.m. and her f.m. her f.m. match;

The defendant started to stop his overwork and called the F legal branch, and called the victim D to contact with the victim D because he did not receive the phone, and confirmed the password of the victim D, and entered it into the legal branch, and led the victim's photograph recorded in the mobile phone while showing the victim's photograph recorded in the mobile phone.

The author seems to see how much he is well-founded or how to show a photograph, and we did not see how much she is so deceased.
