Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and a fine of 3,000,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2009, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to one year for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Additional Crimes, etc.) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on July 24, 2009, and completed the execution of the said sentence on April 19, 2010.

1. On August 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) found in a drunken state at the office of the Head of the Gu-Si Hospital in the Gu-Si Hospital on August 17, 2012; and (b) caused disturbance to the above hospital’s emergency room on the ground that he did not promptly provide medical treatment in the above hospital; (c) was unable to receive compensation from the hospital’s emergency room; (d) the above officer and staff members of the hospital (35 years of age) stated that “I would like to explain why I would be about why I would face I would like to go to I would like to go to I would like to go to I would like to go to I would like to go to the nurse of I would like to give I would like to go to I would like to say, “I would go to go to I would go to I would like to go to I would like to go to I would like to go to go to I would like to go to the victim.” (d) At the same time, I would like to interfere with the victim’s face and work for about 30 minutes.

2. On January 15, 201, at around 11:45, the Defendant violated the Emergency Medical Service Act, at the emergency room of the pertinent C Hospital, the chest was drunk and found, and thereby, the Defendant obstructed emergency medical services by force of emergency medical personnel by force from the aforementioned date to around 15 minutes from the said date to August 21:20, 201, in a total of nine times, including that the Defendant interfered with emergency medical services of emergency medical personnel by force, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

3. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant is able to receive the basic supply and demand as well as the medical security of the Party’s funeral E office located in the Gumi-dong 50, Gumi-si, Gumi-si, Gumi-si, Gumi-si.
