Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of 300,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On May 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:50 on May 28, 2016, committed the crime, and around 22:50 on the riverwon B, and “D” entertainment tavern operated by the victim C, which had no intent or ability to pay the drinking value, deceiving the victim as if he were to pay the drinking value despite the absence of such intent or ability, and then, he was supplied by the victim with approximately KRW 220,00,00,000, such as one disease of both parties, yellow dust, and so on, and was supplied with alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 1,220,00,00, but did not pay the said value.

B. On June 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on June 11, 2016, the Defendant: (b) had no intent or ability to pay taxi expenses on the front of the F convenience store located in Young-si, Young-si; (c) had been on board the H taxi operated by the victim G and moved to the Cheong school distance; and (d) did not pay KRW 5,800 on the said amount, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

2. Damage to property and attempted damage to property;

A. The Defendant who attempted to destroy and damage property, around June 11, 2016, and around 03:18, the above 1-B.

Since the victim did not pay the taxi fee, such as the statement in the paragraph, the victim G came to be the J District parking lot located in the Sincho City I by the victim G.

At a long time, the Defendant reported the above damage to the police, thereby putting the victim booming and taking a bath on the ground that the victim reported the above damage to the police, and subsequently, attempted to boom the four set of the front of the H G Gghodo taxi owned by the victim at two times with the hand floor, but did not cause any damage to the taxi.

B. On August 3, 2016, around 13:30, the Defendant damaged the repair cost of the above vehicle by 1,414,919 won, on the ground that the victim M(55 years of age) parked in the Defendant’s NINSGHT vehicle in front of the drop pole located in K at Seocho-si, Seocho-si, 2016, the Defendant parked the victim’s NINSGHT vehicle in India, and then sealed the Defendant’s bicycle to the lower part below the Defendant’s driver in the said vehicle in the process.
