A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

From February 20, 2008 to May 16, 2016, the Defendant served as the secretary-general of D, an incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as “D”) and is a person in charge of the overall performance of accounting and operation, including the management of D’s revenue and expenditure, application for subsidies, execution, settlement of accounts, reporting, etc.

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, in relation to the victim Hongcheon-gun, who received subsidies related to the exercise of D supervision from the Redcheon-gun, had no intent or ability to prepare his/her own contributions, and the fact that he/she did not meet the event cost solely with the subsidies, but instead, he/she claimed a subsidy by unrefusing the event cost as if he/she paid part of the event cost with his/her own contributions and submitted false documents related to the disbursement of the subsidies at the time of the settlement

On September 29, 2009, the Defendant applied for the subsidies related to “No. 4 E” scheduled to be held in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-gun, which is located in Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant: (a) even though the total expenses are 4 million won as subsidies; and (b) among them, one million won was submitted to the public official in charge of the application for subsidies and the plan for self-payment as if he was appropriated for his own charges; and (c) received and acquired the subsidies from the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, 2000 won from the victim on October 29, 2009 to October 7, 2015 by receiving 6,1450,000 won in total from the victim Hongcheon-gun in the same way as indicated in the attached Table I, as shown in the attached Table I.

B. The Defendant against the Gangwon Cultural Foundation, which is the victim foundation, received subsidies related to the exercise of D supervision from the Gangwon Cultural Foundation Foundation (hereinafter “Seoul Cultural Foundation”), which is the victim foundation. The fact that there is no intent or ability to prepare self-charges is insufficient to cover the cost of event, but the Defendant partially disbursed the cost of event with its own subsidies.
