"2019 Highest 2859"- Defendant A

1. On June 6, 2019, around 05:25, the Defendant demanded the victim E to exchange tobacco that the victim had already purchased with other products at the F convenience point that he/she had been in his/her service, but the victim was not able to comply with the demand. However, the Defendant saw the victim’s bath before the above convenience point on the ground that the victim did not comply with the demand, and caused the victim’s trouble in the victim’s convenience store business by force, such as putting the time for the above convenience store customers, putting him/her a view, putting him/her away, and she interfere with the victim’s convenience store business by force.

The Defendants, at around 01:10 on June 20, 2019, tried to restrain the victim P (54 years of age) who Defendant B was going to go to Defendant A from around 01:0 on June 20, 2019, with M, around 01:10, around 200, Defendant B tried to restrain the victim P (54 years of age). Defendant A was tightly pushed the victim’s chest and ske with his hand, was tightly taken several times, followed the victim’s body several times, and Defendant B took part in the victim’s body several times.
