A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions with respect to alcohol.

1. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 12:37, 2017, the Defendant attempted to recover from the victim H (the remaining, 55 years old) who was in custody of the air conditioning room outside G Mart in front of the G Mart located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and discovered 2,400 won of the market price owned by the victim H (the remaining, 55 years old); and (b) was found to have attempted to return to the victim, while being taken out by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed an attempted theft as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) at around 12:39 on the same day; (b) committed an attempted theft; (c) and (d) committed an attempted theft; and (d) when the victimized person entered a marina, and was negligent in surveillance in time, he did not take part in the same method; (c) 2:400 won in total of the market price by taking advantage of the gaps.

around 15:38 on July 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 2,400 on July 26, 2017, the sum of the market prices owned by the victims located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F, in the “G”; (b) 2,400 won in the aggregate of market prices owned by the victims located in the gambling room.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

"2017 Highest 5817"

1. On July 1, 2017, around 00:30 on July 1, 2017, the Defendant, in the vicinity of the “J convenience store” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, embezzled one of the 3,000 won in cash owned by the victim K and the 80,000 won in corporate bank debit cards (L), etc. and embezzled one of the 80,000 won in the market price without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

2. On July 1, 2017, the Defendant was engaged in fraud in the operation of the Victim N in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City(OE) around 00:50.
