1. The summary of the facts charged is Defendant K is the vice-chairperson of “M”, and Defendant A is the person related to the said federation and is in charge of the N” president.

No one shall interfere with any event or ceremony held by a public institution or other organization or individual due to any disturbance or disaster, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, through the media around January 31, 2016, met with 100 o political parties P, which were 10:00 politicss on January 31, 2016, as well as 5:18 in the National Cemetery of 5:18, the Defendants were able to make an objection on the ground that P did not return the orders received from the Q regime and did so without any apology in relation to the democratization dispute of 5:18, and then, they were raised to the M members on January 31, 2016 to the National 5/18 Democratic Cemetery of 5:18 in the National Assembly.

On January 31, 2016, in collusion with the 20 members of M, the Defendants set up 5/18 democratic cemetery worship in the Dong-dong of Gwangju-gu around 09:30 on January 31, 2016, and set up 3 diskettes stating the following: “P chairperson who has participated in the State-Owned QR regime of Gwangju-gu, and who has not participated in the PPR regime, will bring 5/18 graveyards along with P, which is the front of the State-owned QR regime of Gwangju-gu, and will bring 5/18 graveyards in progress.

Around 09:50 on the same day, upon receiving a request for the withdrawal from the Director of the National Cemetery Management Affairs at around 10:00 on the same day, he/she continued to leave from around 10:00 on the same day, and he/she did not leave the House by leaving the House until around 10:20 on the same day, and he/she issued a written visit from the Defendant K before he/she was gathered, and the Defendant A was scheduled to read his/her name in a way that he/she reads it.

P and other O political parties interfere with the awareness of the participation in the democratic cemetery of the May 18th of the Republic of Korea.

2. The crime of interference with food and clothing under Article 3(1)13 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act is an event or ceremony as a legal interest protected by law, and therefore the event or ceremony is proceeding.
