1. Basic facts

A. On September 19, 2007, Defendant B, the mother of Defendant B, subscribed to the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B as the insured and the beneficiary, with the content that the insured would pay 30,000 won per day (180 days limit) per day when the insured was hospitalized in a hospital due to disease, sick, or National Assembly member for at least one day (30,000 won) according to the terms and conditions of the medical contract at the time of hospital hospital’s hospitalized treatment, and that the insured would pay 30,000 won per day (180 days limit) as insurance money.
